honestly, do it yourself. If you don't have the knowledge to get the engine out, I did headgaskets with the engine in the car and this was my first time tearing into the Z32TT engine. Only part that requires knowledge is timing the engine, but there is enough information here to handle it yourself. You can pull each head with the exhaust manifold/turbo attached (which is what I did). Don't even try to remove the turbo first or anything. Hard to justify spending that much unless you got money laying around - in that case I'd pay to have it done ha.
